About the Role:
Get ready to be a part of something amazing! Our brand-new store in Dural is set to open in late February, and we can't wait to bring a fresh and vibrant shopping experience to the community. We're on the hunt for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and make this store a huge success!
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of our store: Provide excellent customer service and address the needs of our wonderful customers.
- Surprise and delight: Consistently deliver delicious food that makes our customers smile.
- Keep it fresh: Ensure our displays are fresh and appealing by keeping cases and shelves clean and well-stocked.
- Stay accurate: Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
- Stock up: Keep our shelves, frozen, and dairy cases fully stocked and clean.
- Stay organized: Maintain back stock in good order.
- Safety first: Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working and shopping environment.
- Be a food ambassador: Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing.
- Follow the rules: Comply with all applicable health and safety procedures.
- Personality plus: Outgoing and bubbly, willing to engage with our customers.
- Team player: Coordination is key, and working together is imperative for success.
- Flexible: Availability across 7 busy days is a must!
