We're open position for both Front of House and Back of House which located at CBD, Canberra. If you're interested with the position please mentioned the location as well. Front of house We are looking for trusty, well-presented front of house staff to supplement our existing team. Contingent on their placement, front of house staff may be responsible for receiving guests, escorting them to their tables, and conveying their requests to kitchen staff. You should also provide customers with a check upon completion of their meal. To be successful as front of house staff, you should be outgoing, personable, and adept at stress management. Front of House Staff Responsibilities:
Ushering diners to their tables and providing them with menus.
Accepting and informing the relevant staff about food and beverage requests.
Transporting food orders from the kitchen to each pertinent table.
Cleaning and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
Front-of House Requirement:
Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.
Back of House A back of house team member is the heart of any food service operation, responsible for maintaining smooth operations behind the scenes, from food preparation to ensuring cleanliness. Back of House Responsibilities:
Assist in doing dishes as needed;
Assist in Prep of food;
Taking out the trash , cleaning equipment;
Kitchen and dry goods organization;
Cleaning prep area and kitchen;
Cleaning and clearing the kitchen area;
Cooking noodles;
washing dishes when needed;
Back of House Requirements:
Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal;
Motivated to do what is necessary to keep the restaurant clean
must be able to stand for 6-8 hr shifts, lift 50 pounds and handle hot kitchen;
