- Implement processes to monitor and assess the success of events and attendee satisfaction.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify improvements and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Ensure quality planning, delivery, and execution of events and projects, meeting deadlines and staying
within budget.
Community Groups
- Act as a liaison between the organisation and community groups, addressing inquiries and providing
updates.
- Support community groups and volunteers to plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns,
ensuring high levels of participation and success.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of community groups, providing feedback and support to
maximise their impact.
- Support areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing engagement and
effectiveness.
Other Responsibilities
- Other duties that are commensurate with the skills and experience of the position from time to time as
directed by the Community Engagement Office.
