Role Overview:
- Engage and Educate: Channel your passion for field sales, customer education, and client services through dynamic face-to-face interactions.
- Build Relationships: Forge meaningful connections with key stakeholders, including customers and clients, while collaborating closely with our Client Success/Client Relationship Management team to drive growth.
- Consult and Present: Conduct personalized 1:1 consultations with customers and deliver engaging product education sessions to small-medium sized groups.
- Independence: Manage your own calendar and schedule, giving you the flexibility to plan your day and prioritise tasks effectively. Your autonomy will empower you to achieve your goals and meet customer needs efficiently
- Passion for Customer Engagement: A genuine interest in engaging with customers and providing exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable customer experiences
- Experience: Previous experience in financial services, taxation, employee benefits programs, and/or motor vehicles is highly regarded.
- Mobility: Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a car is required as this role is a primarily on-the-road/client office field sales role .
- Personable and Engaging: We’re looking for someone who can captivate an audience and make presentations enjoyable and informative.
