Electrical Superintendent

Confluence Water, a Ventia, Downer and Jacobs Joint Venture, is one of three Regional Delivery Partnerships providing services for Sydney Water. We work hard to ensure that Sydney Water keeps running for people who live in the North Region of Sydney - rain, hail or shine. We are responsible for the delivery of an unprecedented pipeline of capital works over the next 10 years.
Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Superintendent to join our progressive Consortia on a full-time permanent basis. You will report directly to the Program lead and oversee the entire electrical cohort including Supervisors, leading hands, tradespeople as well as apprentices. You will support the project managers in delivering all works with safety and a culture of care at the forefront.
ABOUT YOU

Experience in managing and coordinating electrical trades and supervision resources across a portfolio to meet project demands.
Extensive construction, commissioning, and personnel management experience
Demonstrated Experience in providing valuable constructability input into pre contracts phase
Experience in managing budgets provide input to PM in project Forecasts for electrical disciple.
Experience in Major Projects and Multiple Projects is essential
Ability to resource / manage a large self-perform team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with an innovative and proactive mindset
Demonstrated HSEQ leadership
Proficient in Microsoft suite of Applications
