The Role
Successful candidate will contribute to and enable the execution of the active electronically scanned array (AESA) Systems Office integrated project security strategy. Lead and manage the Security Working Group, including the process of trial related security waiver requests. Develop and maintain the AESA Systems Security Framework, including directing and coordinating other relevant Defence Groups.
Forecast, monitor and manage security related aspects of the AESA Systems Office activities and events. Provide independent security and information protection related advice to the Director General and AESA Systems Office. The successful candidate will be resourceful, a team player, self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction.
About our Team
The AESA Joint Force Integrator (JFI) supports the joint force interoperability and design of the future force, ensuring that current and future force meets capability requirements as directed by the Australian Government. The AESA JFI Office supports the deliberate integration and prioritisation of effort across Defence and Capability Managers for AESA systems. The AESA JFI provides a single point to coordinate and integrate efforts across Defence.

The successful candidate will be a cheerful, self-driven individual, experienced in the application of Security frameworks. They will have worked within sensitive technology areas, amassing experience in designing and implementing Security Framework. Including the ability to provide security related advice to external stakeholders. They will be a team player and good communicator - both verbal and written.
