About the role
The Digital Health Adoption Coach is required to deliver training at an advanced level to clinical and administration streams, whilst providing support and education to other team members across West Moreton Health. The adoption coach is responsible developing, maintaining and delivering training material across Digital Health systems to multidisciplinary teams. The adoption Coach will also provide End User support across multiple Digital Health systems, and actively engage in change management activities.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, precept staff and contribute to professional practice.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and coordinate education activities for individuals and groups.
- Demonstrated ability to apply well developed interpersonal and communication skills within a multi-disciplinary environment, including negotiation, consultation and conflict resolution.
- Expertise in assessing, planning, designing, implementing and evaluating education and training programs and events.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Cerner Power Chart and preferably experience in the and/or the ability to acquire these skills for in the areas of: Power Forms, Power Plans, i View, Patient Lists, Care Compass, Mpages, etc.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
