We are currently seeking a passionate and analytical Order Fulfillment Analyst to join our Oceania Business. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in full. You will lead efforts in analysing customer behaviour, identifying risks, and executing strategies to mitigate potential fulfillment challenges. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This is an 18 - month contract opportunity.
A day in the life… As part of one of the largest supply chain networks in the Oceania region, you will be supported by global tools, local expertise, and cutting-edge technology. You will play a central role in the Order to Cash function, driving issue resolution and risk mitigation while collaborating closely with Demand & Supply Planning, Physical Logistics, Customer Solutions, and the wider Order to Cash & CFSC teams.
Your work will involve:
Data analysis, assess trends and risks with inputs from key stakeholders across the supply chain.
Identify and highlight potential risks, providing actionable insights to prevent issues through a strategic fulfillment approach.
Analyse customer-driven fulfillment disruptions and drive mitigation actions with key customer teams.
Monitor and track KPIs for the function and team, ensuring targets are consistently met across Order to Cash.
Contribute to operational review meetings, driving continuous improvement in the Order Fulfillment process while leading efficiency projects within CFSC & Order to Cash.
What you will need to be successful…
Experience in order fulfillment, data analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Experience with SAP related Order Fulfillment tools, processes & Power BI reporting development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams effectively.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across teams.
Project management and implementation experience with a strong focus on driving efficiency.
