How will I help?
We are seeking a dynamic Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Fraud and Scam Operations team within the Customer Solutions team. As a Data Analyst your primary goal is to help the teams within (FSO) best utilise and understand their data. You will be accountable for the design, build and implementation of operational reporting, data exploration, analytics and tactical solutions that support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives for the production teams within FSO.
Key Role Requirements
- Collect and analyze data intuitively with minimal guidance, using intelligence techniques to draw conclusions and report findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities in detection and analysis, recognize fraud trends, and enhance team processes through proactive intelligence support.
- Engage with stakeholders to share insights, represent team outputs and partner on intelligence matters for strategic and tactical alignment.
- Actively contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements, which deliver better business outcomes including an improved customer experience.
- Accountability for the accuracy and effectiveness of the process management documentation for all functional tasks within the team.

What do I need?
- The ability to obtain, process and provide insights into large datasets.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, VBA, and Excel
- Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Bitbucket.
- Critical and analytical thinking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Structured work environment adaptability.
- Open to challenges and supporting business activities.
