Customer Service & Sales Representative | Casual or Part-Time Position Available
* Oatley location – 2min walk to station and onsite parking
* Mon – Fri 8hr shifts. Weekend shifts available at overtime rates.

We are a national trade services business based in Oatley. We are currently looking for a highly professional, reliable, skilled Customer Service & Sales Representative for our fast-paced, growing company. The primary role of a CSSR is to take incoming customer enquiries, logging customer information in the database and booking in service calls for technicians to complete.
In addition, the position will also include a degree of scheduling and judgement calls so would suit an independent thinker.
Job Requirements
Pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Providing first class service to all customers using your amazing people and communication skills.
- Professionally manage incoming calls and customer sales inquiries.
- Must be motivated to work independently and make judgement calls based on changing information.
- Must be reliable and enjoy working as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
- Must be highly computer literate and in particular, familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
