Lead and manage the team, providing support and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
Monitor the shift operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely resolution of customer inquiries, issues and complaints
Serve as escalated point of contact for resolving complex or high-priority customer issues
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to address customer requirements and provide effective solutions
Track and report on performance metrics, providing key insights and continuous improvements

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in customer service at a Supervisor level, preferably within the transport of logistics industry
Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills to provide fast and effective solutions
Exceptional communication and influencing skills to build successful relationships with stakeholders
Ability to manage time-critical priorities and meet deadlines
