Purpose of Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our key clients, providing outstanding support through email and phone.
Work in a collaborative and diverse team at our Perth Airport location with free onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out sales order data entry for allocated customer accounts
- Reporting on the order status of spare parts
- Assisting customers with tracking the delivery status of spare parts
- Maintenance of Customer Master Data
- Process Returns/Credits/NCR’s and Cash Sale EFTPOS transactions
- Assisting Sales teams with Pricing, On time Delivery reporting Price management and Finance with invoice queries
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in Sales Administration (Desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge using Microsoft Suite programs
- Possess a positive can-do attitude
- Experience using SAP or Ariba (Desirable)
- Ability to prioritize multiple requires and time manage your tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
