About you The ideal candidate will have a holistic approach to customer service, with a strong focus on creating a seamless and consist experience across all customer touchpoints. Your professional, calm demeanour will enable you to effectively assist customers with all of their enquiries. Key Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers visiting the Bespoke showroom
Answer incoming calls to the Bespoke sales and service department
Conduct sales & service follow-up calls
Make service appointments via phone, SMS and email
Enter all feedback into customer database
Monitor manufacturer surveys
Coordinate service retention campaigns
Input service entries
Filing repair orders
Update customer database
Assist with the coordination of customer gifts
Reception cover when required
Other administrative duties as required by the Service and CRM Managers to support the service and CRM department.
Requirements of the position
At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
Experience in the automotive industry or with luxury brands preferred.
Professional corporate presentation
A confident phone manner and well developed communication skills
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to self-manage your own work and multitask
Able to work with minimal supervision
Experience operating a multi-line switchboard
Microsoft Excel experience essential
Pentana/ERA Power preferred
Permanent Australian residency
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
