Customer Service and Kitchen Hand

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about dishes.
Ensure a positive dining experience by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.
Handle payments and manage cash registers efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Assist with takeout and delivery orders as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
A friendly and positive attitude.

Kitchen Hand Role
Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs in food preparation, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
Stock and replenish kitchen supplies as needed.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
Help with cooking tasks as instructed by the kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow instructions.
Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
