More about what you’ll do
Reporting to the National Implementation and Sales Support Manager, this role will focus on executing projects for the on-boarding of new and existing COS and Muru Office Supplies (MOS) customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee the entire implementation process from project initiation to acceptance, as well as the execution of existing customer contract changes, always keeping internal and external stakeholders up to date on project status
Work with new and existing customers to understand procurement needs and provide them with tailored solutions
Communicate effectively all billing, accounts payable, purchasing and delivery processes with the customers
Pinpoint issues and roadblocks for the project team, and ensure appropriate solutions are defined to better suit the customers’ needs
Assist and handle any enquiries which come via the implementation inbox

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Experience in managing customer onboarding and implementation processes..
Experience with interacting with customers at all levels via all communication mediums, in particular face to face
Driven individual who can work autonomously and within a team
Ability to lead, influence and negotiate all new and existing implementations and projects (including integration)
Project management (strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects on the go)
Ability to think outside the box and offer solutions suitable for the customer and COS (commercially minded)
