More about what you’ll do
Reporting to the National Implementation and Sales Support Manager, this role will focus on managing the Implementation Inbox via Hub Spot, supporting the Customer Onboarding Specialist’s for the onboarding of new and existing COS and MOS customers, including any smaller new and existing customer projects.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end management of projects
Work with the new and existing customers to understand what their procurement team may need and packaging the solution
Meet with new and existing customers to discover their needs and wants
Assist and handle any implementation enquiries from both internal and external customers
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire implementation process and for all customer enquiries via Hub Spot
Support the Customer Onboarding Specialist’s with all new and existing customer implementations and restructures
Complete ad hoc tasks as delegated by the leader

Strong numerical, excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience using a CRM (Hub Spot) desirable
Ability to consult and communicate effectively at all levels
