The Role
As Construction Manager based in Brisbane QLD, you will collaborate with Senior Management to drive growth and implement strategic plans across projects. You'll oversee construction operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to time, cost, and quality objectives. Your Impact
As Construction Manager, you will oversee financial and performance reporting for projects, tracking revenue, gross profit, and timelines. Your Every Day

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  
• Attend project, pre-construction, and tender meetings to review and plan for project success.
  
• Continuously monitor project performance, including financial forecasting, budgets, revenue, and gross profit margins.
  
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  
• Actively contribute to senior management meetings, offering strategic insights and recommendations for business improvements.
  
• Engage with local community and industry events to foster positive relationships and expand networks.
  
• Provide guidance and leadership to site teams, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.

• Strong organisational abilities, with the capability to self-manage and prioritise tasks.
  
• Friendly, adaptable, and able to maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
