About the role:

Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Intensive, flexible, and responsive client focused support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve their physical and mental health.
  • Has an initiative to plan client's activities and other social outing.
  • Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.
  • Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
  • Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
  • Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.

Requirements:
  • A current full driver’s license and own car.
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Experienced in Manual Handling, bowel care, and challenging behaviors and other high-care skills.
  • Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
  • Vietnamese speaking preferred.

This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
