Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to handle a variety of administrative duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic. This role also includes content creation responsibilities to help with our online presence and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Pay: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Administrative Tasks:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings.
- Process payments and issue receipts using clinic management software.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and ordering office supplies.
- Assist with creating engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Edit videos and photos for social media and marketing purposes.
- Create visually appealing posts and materials using Canva.
- Schedule and manage content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement
- Enthusiastic, personable attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, video editing software, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
