Clinic Admin with Content Creator Duties

We are a boutique allied health clinic providing primarily musculoskeletal rehabilitation, helping our patients recover from injuries and manage chronic pain. We are a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional care. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, personable Clinic Administrator to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to handle a variety of administrative duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic. This role also includes content creation responsibilities to help with our online presence and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:

Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings.
Process payments and issue receipts using clinic management software.
Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and ordering office supplies.

Content Creation and Social Media Management:

Assist with creating engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Edit videos and photos for social media and marketing purposes.
Create visually appealing posts and materials using Canva.
Schedule and manage content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice.
Monitor social media channels for engagement

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

Enthusiastic, personable attitude with a passion for helping others.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, video editing software, etc.).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
