Clinic Admin with Content Creator Duties

We are a boutique allied health clinic providing primarily musculoskeletal rehabilitation, helping our patients recover from injuries and manage chronic pain. We are a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional care. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, personable Clinic Administrator to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to handle a variety of administrative duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic. This role also includes content creation responsibilities to help with our online presence and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings.
  • Process payments and issue receipts using clinic management software.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and ordering office supplies.
Content Creation and Social Media Management:
  • Assist with creating engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Edit videos and photos for social media and marketing purposes.
  • Create visually appealing posts and materials using Canva.
  • Schedule and manage content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
  • Enthusiastic, personable attitude with a passion for helping others.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, video editing software, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.

Job Type: Part-time
