The CBA technology unit delivers the best digital banking services to Commonwealth Bank customers and to do so is responsible for digital delivery, group data and analytics, technology and technology infrastructure, cyber, fraud, physical security and business resilience for all divisions across CBA. It is also dedicated to delivering the best workplace technology experience for our over 53.000 people across CBA and focused on providing the latest tools, technology, and resources to enhance the way we work together and empower our people to achieve more for our customers.
This role is part of the Dynamic Authorisation Squad, building and operating the future platform and enabling fine grain authorisation across many customer interactions in the Group’s digital channels including Comm Bank app and Net Bank. Through Dynamic Authorisation, we look to significantly reduce customer exposure to Fraud and Scams by combining customer telemetry and bank policy to for real time transaction decisioning.

Bring their exhaustive technical hands-on experience with an ability to manage a high performing team and complex business strategies.

Deliver crew/Co E outcomes within the squad that you are assigned.

Facilitate the constructive resolution of conflicts, which may arise both internally and externally to the chapter.

Provide people leadership and management including onboarding, hiring, skill building, career development, coaching, performance management and individual and team engagements for chapter members, in line with guidance from the chapter area and/or practice.

Implement and support consistent ways of working across the chapter.

Set clear expectations on guardrails and standards, which are to be applied as defined by the chapter area and/or practice.

Contribute to the uplift of the chapter's maturity through SME knowledge and by driving and fostering collaboration across chapter instances to create a culture of sharing, learning and problem solving.

Seek data and feedback to inform metrics and leverages these to support continuous improvement efforts, in partnership with the Crew Tech Lead.

Participate and contribute to the Custer Identity Access Management Practice and/or chapter including maintaining technical experience.

Actively contribute to the squads' deliverables of which you will be part of.
Tech skills & experience:
-
Have a deep technical background across product, tooling and people leadership essential.

Have experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) preferable Customer Identity Access Management essential.

Are proficient in implementing Ping Authorisation and leading technical strategy across a large and complex organisation.

Have Ping Ecosystem expertise , specific to implementing Ping Authorisation or similar e.g Styra, axiomatics, Plain ID essential .

Can provide authorisation and access controls experience.

Bring experience across API, request, integration logic, rules, and policy.

Have experience across the Software development tools eg; Please advise accordingly.

Have an extensive record of people management .

Have worked on large-scale deployments in complex technology environments.

Can articulate business value through visualisation tools and applicable data points.

Have Cloud experience (AWS).
-
Have Experience with CI/CD, Ansible, Github, Teamcity (or Jenkins), Artifactory, and Octopus is desirable.
