We are an multifaceted organization with commercial, community and First Nations Services and are looking for a result driven Hearing Centre Manager to lead our diverse team across our Cairns & Atherton Hearing Centres. You will enjoy the challenge of maintaining and growing the business, coaching, and developing staff and building long lasting relationships with the local health community.
As our Hearing Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:
You’ll take ownership of all Business and Financial Management of your Centres and drive KPI’s and sales generation.
Through outstanding people leadership, you’ll provide ongoing training and development, coaching and support to your team
You’ll have a hand in marketing and promotional activities to drive success in your Centres
You’ll ensure that our clients are provided with outstanding customer service and that clinical requirements and compliance are met
What you’ll bring:
High level of energy, drive and strong work ethic
Are a results oriented, team leader and team player
Have experience in people management
Able to deliver commercial results to the business
And can apply effective planning and problem-solving skills
