The role We are seeking a dedicated Casual Call Centre Operator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with our company's objectives. This role involves handling various customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and webchat, ensuring prompt resolution, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. What you will do
Handling customer inquiries and bet placements over the phone.
Managing email correspondence, escalating issues as necessary and providing general customer support.
Engaging in webchat interactions to address customer queries and concerns.
Executing live and pre-match sports and racing bet placements.
Collaborating with colleagues to address market and resulting issues.
Prioritizing and escalating inquiries to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
Adhering to all established procedures and compliance requirements.
Availability to work on nights and weekends as needed.
Your experience
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.
Familiarity with sports and racing betting operations is advantageous.
