About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, conscientious all-rounder with barista, operational and leadership skills to support the Cafe Manager in the successful delivery of daily operational requirements. This is an exciting and varied role which will see you provide our passengers with an exceptional experience by ensuring we deliver first class customer service.
Working as part of a team and taking responsibility for the efficient operations of our Café, including safety, legislative compliance, operational and administrative functions is the basis of this role.
If you are energetic, committed, professional, self-motivated, can work autonomously and successfully within a diverse business, this role is for you.
This is a great role for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and who has experience as an all-rounder that wants responsibility in a supporting role.
This is a 365-day operation, requiring some weekends and public holidays coverage as part of a rotational roster.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
3+ years' experience in the successful delivery of daily cafe operations including inspiring and guiding a team and meeting customer experience expectations
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Food Safety Course - Essential
Espresso Coffee Making trained
First Aid/CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)
