We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista All-Rounder to join our team at Xpress Mezze Cafe. Your responsibilities include: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages with consistent quality. Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including equipment and seating areas. Handle cash and electronic transactions efficiently. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Requirements: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
