Bar Supervisor
High Jinks is on the lookout for a gun new bar supervisor to join our team!
We are a small award winning cocktail bar located in New Acton with a great team, amazing cocktails and great tunes.
We're looking for someone with a super welcoming attitude who has a genuine interest and drive to learn more.
Experience as a cocktail bartender is a must. Previous management experience is preferred but not essential as we'll mentor the successful candidate.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Key areas that you will be assessed in:
- Leading, managing, training and developing the bar team
- Ensuring high quality service standards in all aspects of the business
- Managing and reporting on business performance and targets
- Delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Reporting on daily trade, issues, maintenance, staffing and incidents
- Coaching the bar team around skills and product knowledge
- Drafting rosters
- Maintaining operational standards and procedures
- Stock management & beverage COGS at target %
- Observe and promptly manage and report any hazards, risks and maintenance issues
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Bar management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (Required)
- RSA (Required)
- Australia (Required)
