Automatic Transmission Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Auto Transmission Specialist or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of automatic transmission systems

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Road test vehicles and conduct thorough diagnosis on transmission-related issues, using advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques
- Perform repairs and overhauls on automatic transmissions, including disassembly, component replacement, and reassembly
- Experience diagnosing and repairing CVT, DSG, DCT and modern transmissions
- Collaborate with the workshop team to carry out effective repairs and provide technical guidance
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment
- Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
