Norwest Appliance Services is always looking for energetic and industrious people to join the team. From our main focus geographical area of Sydney, NSW, we support a number of areas in Great Sydney offering our Appliance Repair service to both Residential Customers and Business Clients.
Norwest Appliance Service supplies and repairs a range of Appliance Equipment to our current and future clients. Our vision is to provide the best appliance repair solutions to our residential customers and offer a wider maintenance, installation and repair service to Real Estate Agents, Childcare Centres, NDIS providers and more.
Our solution-based services include 100% after sales services & support that can be relied on.
About the opportunity We are seeking an energetic and team orientated field service technician in the greater Sydney region to install appliance, service and repair appliances and tend to our clients needs to get them back on track.
As the successful applicant you will be required to perform installs of appliances, repairs, maintenance, inspections on customer’s appliances. You will apply your high level of technical skill and expertise to carry out these duties. You will have a strong drive, motivation and direction to succeed and be able to work in a safety conscious environment. In addition to an attractive remuneration structure, we will provide you with ongoing jobs to ensure you are contributing positively to our client base:
Duties include but are not limited to: Appliance repairs and servicing Appliance installation Record keeping and job accountability Providing a high level of customer service Independent field service Travel within Sydney Region The successful candidate will ideally have: Experience Repairing Appliances Experience Installing Appliances Excellent Diagnostic and repair skills Good customer service attributes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work self-managing / with the ability to work autonomously in the field Car license & maintained work vehicle Well established computer experience If you believe you have the right attributes & experience to be a valuable member of our team, we would like to hear from you.
