How will I help?
In the Westpac Group, Liquidity Reporting and Insights team (within Balance Sheet, Liquidity and Funding (BLF) under Group Treasury) are reporting subject matter experts who are responsible and accountable for Westpac's external and internal liquidity reporting requirements. The role of Associate, Liquidity Reporting and Insights sits within the BLF team.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Liquidity Reporting and Insights team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- To ensure complete, accurate and timely production of daily/ monthly/ quarterly liquidity reporting for management and APRA
- Ad-hoc analysis to internal stakeholders on liquidity related matters
- Working with project and tech teams for automation and analytics
- Maintenance and uplift of documentation including SOPs, working files, etc.
- Drive process improvement and innovation

What do I need?
This role will suit you if you are analytical, are commercially minded and enjoy problem solving. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high performing team where you will have the opportunity to engage with all levels of management including senior stakeholders.
- Experience in systems and processes used to generate Liquidity metrics
- Experience with using SQL or knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Experience in financial services or previous exposure to liquidity reporting or Treasury
- Knowledge of liquidity regulations (APS 210 and ARS 210)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent stake-holder management skills
