Minskys Hotel is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to be part of this iconic venue. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a real impact. About the Role As the Assistant Venue Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring a profitable and efficient operation during your shifts
Leading, coaching, and managing a dedicated team
Delivering exceptional service standards that consistently exceed guest expectations
Managing stock control and inventory as needed
Training and developing food and beverage staff
Implementing succession planning programs focused on staff growth and advancement
Controlling costs with a focus on labor management
Developing systems and processes for the smooth operation of the hotel’s various departments
Ensuring compliance with health regulations and prioritizing workplace health and safety
About You
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of gaming operations
Excellent communication skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Driven and results-oriented
