What are we looking for?
We are on the lookout for an amazing Assistant Store Manager with an optimistic can-do attitude, to lead and motivate a team. With a background and passion for luxury retail you will be a Coach ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve positive outcomes.
The Role:

Creating and fostering a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and collaboration, communicating our brand vision.
Demonstrating your commercial acumen to increase profitability, maximise opportunities across sales, and customer engagement.
Identifying areas of opportunities and recommending potential solutions; we value and recognise our team's input and providing feedback and coaching.
Bring your energy and passion for luxury retail to inspire our amazing team to develop strong clientelling, build a collaborative and empowering team to achieve great store results.
Managing the day to day operations of your store, including rostering, financial performance, onboarding new starters, supporting the Store Manager with ad hoc training and other duties as required.
