The Role: As our Full-time, permanent Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive Brand initiatives, aligning with BBW/Valiram procedures, and championing excellence in all aspects of our operations.
Key Selection Criteria: To excel in this role, you'll need:

2 years' experience in retail.
Friendly demeanor and high emotional intelligence.
Adaptability, flexibility, and creativity.
