ABOUT THE ROLE
As Assistant Store Manager in our Jay Jays store in Mt Isa, you will be responsible for working alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunites through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to take a step into a Management position in our business, and will be a progressional role to help support and build you into a future Store Manager within our business.
To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for the Jay Jays customer.
This is a full time (with possiblility to be a part time) position and will require availability on every second Saturday, late night trading hours and public holidays.

- Previous leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment
- Confidence providing praise and improvement feedback to your team
- Ability to provide an exceptional and unique customer experience
- Knowledge in loss prevention and health & safety
- Visual Merchandising experience advantageous
