How will I help?
As a Data Analyst within the Advanced Analytics team, you will be responsible for delivery of statistical models and analytical data assets, transforming data and conducting analysis as well as generating insights from both internal and external data assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and presenting analytical insights, analysing performance campaigns, and identifying and understanding patterns and trends, to inform decision making for senior stakeholders within the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Experimentation, measurement & modelling to understand the commercial benefit from owned, earned & paid media channels.
- Analysis of brand & marketing activity to deliver strategic insights that drive continuous marketing improvements.
- Create and maintain data pipelines by sourcing data from within the marketing team and across the wider group to service the requirements of projects within the Advanced Analytics team for Brand & Marketing
- Develop key analytical data assets to share with the wider Brand & Marketing team for self-service data insights
- Effectively manage risk by adhering to team risk controls and WBG risk mitigation policies

What do I need?
- Bachelor's degree in science, economics, engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
- Experience as a data analysis, data science or media analytics with strong capabilities (SQL, Excel, Adobe Analytics), with experience with Py MC, Python, R or cloud computing preferred.
- Detailed problem-solving skills.
- Data Storytelling experience and the ability to bring data to life.
- The ability to assist and create presentations with strong communication skills.
