Reporting to the National Sales Director, Beevo is seeking an experienced Account Manager responsible for managing Beevo’s portfolio of Commercial agencies located in Southern NSW and ACT. The role is based out of Beevo’s office in Wollongong. Relationship management with our agent partners is critical to ensuring we create every opportunity to maximize the referral flow of business to Beevo. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive Account Manager to strengthen client relationships to achieve ongoing commercial growth, whilst also identifying and developing new business opportunities within commercial real-estate industry in Sydney. Based in Wollongong, the role predominately includes:
On the road visiting existing accounts and driving new business opportunities (bi-weekly trips to areas including Canberra, Wagga Wagga and Albury etc)
Strategically planning your call cycles to grow market share
CRM Management
Engagement with our existing agents to ensure they are maximizing their use of Beevo
Administration of agencies and the fielding of account-based enquires from agents
Follow up customer enquiries, leads or opportunities
Providing excellence in customer service and professionally handling client interactions
Working collaboratively with the Sales team
What are we looking for?
3+ years of Account Management and/or BDM experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
To work both autonomously and as a member of a close-knit team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A genuine customer focused attitude with the desire to learn and develop sales acumen
Confident and able to operate to specific KPIs
Proficient with Microsoft Office and G Suite
CRM Management (preferably Pipedrive)
A positive attitude and highly organised
You are self-disciplined to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to meet targets
Existing relationships within the Commercial Real Estate Industry (highly preferred).Residential Real Estate experience would also be seen as a positive
A valid NSW driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
