About the role In your new role as Finance Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career to a Finance Leadership role within two years. Your leadership skills will be developed through formal training, productive ‘on the job’ learning, and the benefit and support of a dedicated Senior Management mentor. You will also gain a sound understanding of all hotel operations through an effective cross-training program, and have access to further your Accounting education as funded by the program. At the end of the two-year program you will graduate into a full time Senior Finance role based on your performance throughout the program, at a location within APAC, as determined by business needs (preferences for final location are taken into account). Placement locations Initially the successful candidate will be placed in Australasia’s centralised finance team for up to 9 months. On successful completion, the successful candidate will have the option to get further exposure of finance business partnering opportunities based in a hotel in Sydney or further abroad (depending on mobility preferences). Recruitment Process

• November – Applications close 30th November 2024

• December – Online video screening and 1st interviews held for shortlisted candidates

• January – 2nd interviews held for final shortlisted candidates

• February – Contracts offered and negotiated, visas and relocation arranged

• February – First placement begins 17th February 2025

Skills/experience

• You are a driven and committed individual with a desire to become a finance leader within the hospitality industry.
• You graduated, or intend to graduate, between 2022 - 2024 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Hospitality Management
• Commitment to CPA Australia qualifications and development opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels of seniority
• An enthusiastic team player with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Computer literate
