Our exciting program will give you the opportunity to experience and develop an understanding of the general insurance industry. This will include learning our core underwriting process and how we are using internal and external data, advanced analytics, and digital technologies, in all our business processes to enhance customer outcomes, continue risk selection superiority, and increase efficiency.

Your Journey with Us?
The Graduate Development program is a two-year program built specifically to guide our graduates through a series of learnings to develop technical skills, build capability, expand their network, and enhance their working experience. We offer opportunities in Underwriting, Data & Digital.
We provide a supportive structure for our graduate cohort, including Graduate community events, mentoring, a buddy system, a clear development program, learning journeys and regular feedback.
