Your ‘day to day’:
- New Purchase Requisitions creation in Coupa (IM&S scope) on behalf of business requestor
- Purchase Orders maintenance in Coupa (performing changes)
- Support business in Vendor creation and modification requests
- Close cooperation with Budgeting & Cost Controlling/ Finance Controlling
- Regular Purchase Orders review with the business requestors, following up on missing GRs & invoices
- Support in advance payments and non-invoice posting (SAP form requests initiation)
- Support business in the area of FI invoices codification (Po P)
- Business advisory role and process expertise (SME role – person to go to)
- Trainings / Webinars for business requestors (P2P process, Coupa and SAP usage)
- GR Creation (GR) on behalf of business users or support in GR creation depends of function specifics (accountability of proving that service or product was delivered stays on business side)
- Reporting & Data analysis for whole team
Who we’re looking for:
- A team member with minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance area of an international company
- University or post graduate degree in a relevant field
- A candidate fluent in English (the must)
- A candidate with strong communication skills and solid customer focus
- A problem solver with proactive approach
- A candidate able to work independently and set priorities, delivering results within agreed timeframe
- Leverage on continues improvement mindset and present efficiency-oriented attitude.
- Connect the dots (look for connections across the Team)
- A person with strong Excel skills and good knowledge of Finance / Procurement Systems (SAP/ Coupa would be an asset)
