Sr. Accountant

We are an experienced team of bookkeepers and administrators with multiple decades of combined experience across industries allowing companies to focus on their core business while we handle the rest.

We are looking for a communicative and entrepreneurial accountant to assist our finance team with delivering timely and accurate reporting across clients.

What will you be doing?
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Manage invoices and payments, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Input financial data into accounting software with attention to detail.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Interact with clients to gather financial information and resolve inquiries.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
