Your ‘day to day’… As a Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for having effective execution of preventive maintenance by ensuring a smooth planning, scheduling, proper recording, monitoring and filing of maintenance works aligned to Maintenance Management System initiated in the factory to maintain primary, logistic machineries and ancillaries in its excellent condition. You will support every maintenance execution by ensuring availability of spare parts as well as consumables. You will support the needs of the maintenance by sourcing out 3rd party maintenance providers addressing the needed support of the in-house maintenance crew in compliant with the PMI standards, policies, and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining departmental equipment documentation such as work orders, equipment history logs, documents delivered by vendors and ensuring that they are archived by document controller.
Your responsibilities…
Manage the spare parts and repair workshop area, ensuring the correct repair of sub-assemblies and spare parts manufacturing.
Documentation Management: maintain and update the Machine Preventive Maintenance Work Orders (PMWO), History Log sheets, Machine Equipment Change Management (ECM), and safe keep vendor document receipts / service reports / evaluation / SCAR as reference.
Planning & Scheduling Administration: Meets and liaises the Production Planning and Production / Maintenance Management to ensure that maintenance program created by the Maintenance Planning Supervisor is blocked in the production calendar while also ensuring that maintenance activities are properly communicated to all concerned departments.
Performance & Feedback Monitoring: Participate on the programs initiated by Maintenance Planning Supervisor in improving maintenance KPIs.
Support maintenance business plan (MBP): Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis on major breakdowns and establish preventive control measures to mitigate occurrence.
Who we’re looking for…
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related careers), with at least 2 years of maintenance planning experience (mandatory). Must have exposure on high-speed manufacturing equipment with hands on experience. Can interpret or understand mechanical drawings and diagrams, and facilitate RCA / root cause analysis using different tools and methodology.
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
Intermediate/Advanced level of English language.
Advanced office package (mandatory) and SAP is a plus.
