The HR Intern, reporting to the HR Manager based on our Martinez site, will perform HR processes, following defined standard operating procedures contributing to the achievement of HR performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements. You will ensure correct and daily execution of main responsibilities within the HR Team.
You will:
- Employee Administration: Administration of employee hard records, Temporal and intern Contracts and Health Insurance.
- Onboarding: support in the welcome, preparing the documentation and materials of new employees. Events coordination.
- Trainings support: attendance, review of material, logistics in face-to-face training and invitations.
- Benefits: Enrolment and administration of lunch box, vending machines, presents, among others).
- Communication: support with our internal network postings (events, projects, reminders)
- Talent Acquisition: source for Job Level 7 and below, from the requisition until the offer (sites support if needed).

Your professional profile requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration or related. Must be at least 2 years away from graduation.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
