We are looking for a 100% remote HR Recruiter to join our company Responsibilities: - Conduct telephone screenings with candidates to assess their suitability for open positions. - Coordinate and conduct virtual interviews with pre-selected candidates. - Post job openings on recruiting platforms and social networks to attract potential candidates. - Coordinate interview schedule and recruiting activities to ensure efficient scheduling of appointments. - Collaborate with the recruiting team in creating and executing effective hiring strategies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruiting processes in the talent management system. - Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed. Requirements: - Graduate in Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines, or advanced student in these areas. - 1 year experience in recruitment and selection related functions. - High level of English, with verbal and written communication skills to interact with U.S. candidates. - Ability to be adaptable to work in a dynamic environment and face multiple tasks simultaneously. - Responsible and organized, with attention to detail in managing processes and documentation. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
