Responsibilities:
- Search for and engage with potential candidates
- Pre-screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing initial interviews
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring clients
- Help to improve overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of tech talent
- Offer guidance and facilitate the selection process through to its completion
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with various technologies and programming languages
- Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English communication
