Specific Job title/Position: AVP Total Rewards PH
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php170,000.00 per month

Specific Job title/Position: AVP Total Rewards PH
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related courses
- Preferable with Post Graduate degree
- Willing to work ON-SITE in Cebu
- Amenable to work on a Nightshift schedule : 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (+candidate should also be open to shift their schedule if needed by the business)
- · At least 7 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits: Timekeeping, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Salary Structure and Policy Implementation, Workday data and systems management, 201 File/ Employee Data management, Vendor management, Statutory Benefits administration, Reporting and Data administration, guidance to the compensation & benefits team;
- · At least 3 years’ experience as a supervisor/manager in the field
- · Proven track record in developing & executing comprehensive Total Rewards strategic plans
- Experience in administration of bonus plans and Providing support to the in the implementation of site Compensation strategies; advising the higher management whether the benefits are fair and reasonable and in line with market rates, cost effective, and documented in the handbook and on the intranet site;
- · Experience in Workday, human resource information systems experience desired
- · Exposure in Multinational environment predominately BPO/ Call Center / Financial/ Service environment, and with at least 1,500 workforce
- · Extensive skills and knowledge in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder Management
- Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
- Can Start asap
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php170,000.00 per month

- Evening shift
- Late shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Shift system

- Are you willing to work on ANY SHIFT ASSIGNED even on a SHIFTING schedule if needed by the business?
- How long is your total working experience in BPO Industries? SPECIFY which companies
- How many employees/workforce have you handled in your CURRENT/ most RECENT (if resigned) role? SPECIFY
- SPECIFY which company did you handle minimum 1,500 or more total of employees?
- How long is your total hands-on working experience in Compensation and benefits (Both)?
- SPECIFY if you have hands-on experience in the following: Timekeeping, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Salary Structure and Policy Implementation, Workday data and systems management, 201 File/ Employee Data management, Vendor management, Statutory Benefits administration, Reporting and Data administration, guidance to the compensation & benefits team
- How long is your experience from Supervisory to Managerial level for HR-Compensation & Benefits?
- How long is your experience in AVP level for Total Rewards/ compensation and benefits? (Assistant Vice President level)
- Do you have hands-on experience in the administration of bonus plans ?
- How much is your expected salary? Php - basic pay/month
