The ability of maintain good communication flow with Central Order Taker and Chef’s The ability to be independent, manage all the orders, in absent of superior’s. The ability to set up orders on trays or tables and transport them to guest floors and rooms. The ability to offer the guests the same dining experience as Restaurant atmosphere, whenever guest dine in the Room or Villa’s. The ability to served the guest in professionalism and friendliness manner at all the times. The ability to use the guest's name, at least two times during each service in the guest room. The ability to offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service that is respectful and accommodating of the guest's requests of selections and timeliness of service. The ability to coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding for smooth service. The ability to make the guest feel comfortable and at ease in his/her room. The ability to deliver amenities and retrieved it from guest room The ability to deliver Mini Bar items as per guest requested The ability to control the cleanliness in the room service areas. The ability to keep accurate control of guest checks and hand over to respective individual, after each service.
