Trade Assistant/ Trợ Lý Thu Mua– Gia Lai

We at NKG Vietnam work closely with the local people in the coffee producing areas and buy the green coffee materials directly from the farmers, producers, collectors and suppliers. In our factory we can process more than 35 different exportable qualities. We are able to cater for special client wishes. This includes creating qualities according to specific client requirements: a selected screen size with a chosen percentage of black and broken beans, foreign matters, Excelsa beans and a special percentage of moisture can be delivered without problem. Our main focus is to satisfy our clients with upgraded and special qualities.

For our group company, NKG Vietnam, we are looking for a Trade Assistant – Gia Lai Branch.
The position will be based in Pleiku - Gia Lai and report directly to the Branch Manager.

Your responsibilities

Control internal systems (VCMS/ Osapiens) to create a contract/ key fix price.
Coordinate with forwarder (i.e. arrange reasonable truck for each supplier’s volume/ follow truck to reach An Phuoc Warehouse)
Manage sustainable documents (i.e. connect with the sustainability team, procurement team and suppliers in Gia Lai. Collect Sustainability documents (4c/NKG/RA) from Supplier to store at Gia Lai office).
Support to take the local market situation (bids price/ volume traded).
Follow coffee receiving from Suppliers (Pending monitor/delivering timeline follow).
Connect to the branch accountant each day for payment.
Arrange internal documents related to the procurement department.
Search for new potential suppliers at Gia Lai – Kon Tum.
Support other teams/ Sustainability team for training or premium payment.
Other tasks assigned by branch manager.

Sử dụng các hệ thống nội bộ (VCMS/ Osapiens) để tạo hợp đồng/nhập giá.
Phối hợp với đơn vị vận chuyển (ví dụ: sắp xếp xe tải hợp lý cho khối lượng của từng nhà cung cấp/ theo dõi xe chở hàng đến kho An Phước).
Quản lý tài liệu các dự án bền vững (ví dụ: kết nối với bộ phận bền vững, bộ phận thu mua và nhà cung cấp ở Gia Lai. Thu thập tài liệu của dự án bền vững (4c/NKG/RA) từ nhà cung cấp để lưu trữ tại văn phòng Gia Lai).
Hỗ trợ nắm bắt tình hình thị trường địa phương (giá thầu/ khối lượng giao dịch).
Theo dõi việc nhận cà phê từ nhà cung cấp (theo dõi tình trạng chờ/ thời gian giao hàng).
Phối hợp với kế toán chi nhánh để thanh toán hằng ngày.
Sắp xếp tài liệu nội bộ liên quan đến bộ phận thu mua.
Tìm kiếm nhà cung cấp tiềm năng mới tại Gia Lai – Kon Tum.
Hỗ trợ bộ phận bền vững và các bộ phận khác trong việc đào tạo hoặc thanh toán phí cao cấp.
Các nhiệm vụ khác do quản lý chi nhánh giao.

Your profile

University or college in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel…)
Basic English skill
Knowledge of the coffee field is preferred.

Yêu cầu

Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc cao đẳng chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan hoặc trình độ tương đương.
Thành thạo Microsoft Office (Word, Excel…)
Kỹ năng tiếng Anh cơ bản.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức về lĩnh vực cà phê.
Kinh nghiệm: Sinh viên mới ra trường hoặc chưa có kinh nghiệm sẽ được công ty đào tạo.
