Scope of Responsibilities :
Lead resource for growth initiatives by accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and implementation.
Lead best in class Joint Business Plans for strategic accounts to drive business growth both for Galderma & Customers.
Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and stimulate business growth in the modern trade channel.
Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy insights.
Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key modern trade accounts, negotiating terms for mutual business optimization.
Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats, crafting relevant action plans.
Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports, and presenting insights to senior management.
Work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building.
Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channel
Display an analytical mindset and the ability to interpret and leverage data for valuable business
Requirement
Degree in Business Administration or related field
Good knowledge of Modern Trade
At least 7-10 years experience in FMCG and healthcare industry
At least 3-5 years experience as Senior KAM ( group accounts) / MT Head role.
Proven commercial and sales experience
Proven track record in building strong relationship with customer
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skill
Result oriented : drive for success and achieving objective
Good in English with Microsoft office application
