- Conduct tests according to the test plan.
- Assign some tests to testers and track progress and data.
- Communicate test issues with project/R&D/quality departments.
- Preliminary analysis of test issues.
- Output some test reports.
- Other test-related work.
- Daily equipment maintenance (testers can be designated to assist).
- Assist Vietnamese laboratory managers in their daily work.
- Participate in various company trainings.
- 6S organization and safety inspection of work areas.
- Participate in department weekly meetings.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- More than 2 years of Test Lab experience related to Vancuum cleaner or hands-tool.
- Chinese fluently, English is a plus.
- Familiar with all the measuring equipments, tools.
- Can use APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA and other tools will be better.
- Bachelor degree.
