Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing system specifications under the guidance of the QC Lead.
- Collaborate with technical team members to develop effective testing strategies and plans.
- Execute manual test cases and analyze the results.
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
- Report bugs and issues to the development team.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (15%)
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.
OPERATION EXCELLENCE (15%)
- Follow deploying process for upgrade system, apply agile/scrum into team management as a member.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (10%)
- Support learning and development of software testing skills under the guidance of the QC Lead and other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in IT/Telecommunication or a related field.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of software testing.
Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience working on academic or personal projects related to software development or testing.
- Familiarity with basic concepts of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Understanding of how to document issues and communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Exposure to basic testing tools or environments is a plus (e.g., JIRA, Test Rail).
Any prior internship or part-time work in IT or software development is advantageous.
