Work Location: This position will be mainly based in our factory at VSIP 3 (Binh Duong). Shuttle buses will be provided.
Core Responsibilities
Drives Project Management within technical logistics or automation projects
Brings the expertise into business context, and actively uses functional expertise and End2End understanding when leading and setting a direction
Drive and manage both local and global projects, ensuring customer satisfaction towards understanding, solutions, Time and Cost and at the same time deliverables are delivered in high quality.
Pro-active coordination and dialogues with IT, Manufacturing, Engineering & Quality - MDI, Planning, and Procurement and suppliers
Establish structured measurements on project resource planning, reporting and developing within own area.
Actively uses innovation to create results and finding improvement opportunities such as improve machines, equipment, logistic automation and logistics processes
Sparring on the area’s deliverables, develop and motivate strong execution in projects.
Building relationships to all key stakeholders and sparring partner for Engineering and Global site management
Play your part in our team succeeding Manufacturing Design & Implementation (MD&I) is a global organization of project managers, project assistants and specialists that has a hands-on approach towards continuously improve the technologies to enable our internal customers to succeed with their manufacturing objectives.
The Project Manager is working with one or more projects and activities, in regards to logistics concepts, projects, layouts, development of solutions, procurement of machines and equipment, identification and roll-out of improvements/best practice and optimizing the existing production processes and equipment's, related to support logistics End2End operations on all sites.
Do you have what it takes?
Prefer candidates with relevant educational background like Mechanical or Engineering, majoring in Automation Engineering will be an advantage
Candidates with PMP certified will be preferred
Good command of English
Business understanding, knowledge in what it takes to work in with project management in a cross functional area
Technical experience within production, logistics, warehousing or Engineering
Willing to learn technology.
Have the strong project manager experience to lead the project activities with sustainable result.
Able to frequently travel for business purposes and to meet LEGO colleagues, run global projects and external partners
