• Being in charge of Spa operation
• Being responsible for ensuring safety, good quality of services.
• Leading and training all subordinates.
• Transmitting all the information related to him by his direct superior and by the other departments to his subordinates.
• Responsible for leading efficient and effective Spa operations including short and long term strategic planning.
• Managing the guest satisfaction efforts of spa department
